Margaret Collins

An East Grinstead resident since 1969, Margaret is married with 3 married children. An Honours Graduate of the University of Sussex and a former teacher, Margaret was first elected to the Town Council in 1995. She was Town Mayor for the year 1999/2000. Margaret has served on the West Sussex County Council since 1985 and was the Education Committee Chairman 1993 - 1997. She is Liberal Democrat Spokesman for Public Protection and is a Member of the Sussex Police Authority. She is also a Deputy Lieutenant of West Sussex, a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a Governor of Sackville School.
